Vacation in Niagara Falls, Canada

Background

Niagara Falls is a Canadian city on the western bank of the Niagara River in the Golden Horseshoe region of Southern Ontario. The city is dominated by the Niagara Falls, a world-famous set of three large waterfalls on the Niagara River. Both the American and Horseshoe falls can be best seen from the Canadian side of the river, so the city has one of the major tourist attractions of the world. The natural spectacle attracts millions of tourists yearly.

Accommodations and activities

Experience the incredible power and beauty of Niagara Falls at Ontario's Niagara Parks. Get as close as you can to the thundering water at Journey Behind the Falls and White Water Walk, then dine with a panoramic view at Elements on the Falls.
Explore the Butterfly Conservatory and the Botanical Gardens or play Whirlpool Golf course in the fabulous setting beside the Niagara Glen. Enjoy history, nature, gardens and so much more at Niagara Parks.

Play Golf at Dinosaur Adventures

Zipline over the Majestic Falls

For hotels in close proximity to the falls check-

I will highly recommend the Radisson Hotel and Suits and Hilton Hotel for a luxurious stay but for your simple guest house feel you may like the Comfort Inn Fallsview.

Wine and dine

The three earliest cuisines of Canada have First Nations, English, Scottish and French roots, with the traditional cuisine of English Canada closely related to British and Scottish cuisines. Canadian food is very similar to North American cuisine and is served in large portions. One unique dish you may want to try is Poutine.

Poutine- French fries, covered in a brown sauce and cheese. Will you eat it ???
